Documents you'll usually need
- Passport bio data page
- One recent coloured passport-size photo (white background)
- Cover letter explaining the purpose and length of stay
- Letter from the host organisation
- Current immigration status: ETA, visa or entry stamp at the point of entry (if in Kenya)
We confirm the exact list for your situation. Documents must be in English or officially translated.
Paid to Millennia
Our fee is KES 200,000: a 70% deposit, then the balance when your appointment is booked or your document is ready.
Paid to the government
Government fee: USD 200. Government fees are paid to the State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services or the relevant authority. All government fees.
