United States

B-1 / B-2 visitor visa
  • Most first-time applicants attend an in-person interview. Since 1 October 2025 the interview waiver is limited mainly to certain renewals.
  • US law presumes every visitor may intend to stay. You must show convincing reasons to return to Kenya.
  • A US$250 Visa Integrity Fee has been legislated; collection was not confirmed when we last checked. We advise you before it applies.
US Department of State official guidance

United Kingdom

Standard Visitor visa
  • Kenyan citizens always need a visa; the UK ETA is not available to them.
  • Decisions are usually made on paper within about three weeks of biometrics. Visas are issued digitally (eVisa) and we help you set up your UKVI account.
  • Frequent travellers may consider a long-term visitor visa of 2, 5 or 10 years.
GOV.UK official guidance

Schengen area

Short-stay visa (Type C)
  • Apply where you will spend the most nights. Each Schengen country publishes its own checklist, so we pick the right embassy and tailor your file.
  • Passport valid three months after you leave, issued in the last 10 years. Travel medical insurance of at least EUR 30,000, included in your fee.
  • A Schengen visa does not cover the UK, Ireland or other non-Schengen countries.
German Embassy Nairobi (example) official guidance

Canada

Visitor visa (TRV)
  • Kenyan citizens need a visa; the eTA does not apply. Biometrics stay valid for 10 years.
  • Processing starts after biometrics. Government fees are generally not refunded on refusal, so a complete file matters.
  • The officer decides the validity and whether the visa allows multiple entries.
IRCC Canada official guidance

Australia

Visitor visa (subclass 600)
  • Upload every requested document on submission: incomplete applications can be refused or delayed.
  • You cannot work on this visa, and it cannot normally be extended once you are in Australia.
  • Overseas visitor health insurance is strongly advised.
